1. Booking & Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation request does not guarantee your spot until confirmed by our team. We will contact you to confirm availability and finalize your booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We guarantee a full refund of your excursion deposit if your cruise ship cannot dock at the scheduled port. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to fees.

3. Tour Operator Responsibility

All tours and excursions are operated by independent local tour operators. We act as an intermediary to help you discover and book these experiences. The tour operators are responsible for the delivery and safety of the excursion.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any physical requirements, age restrictions, or health conditions specified for each tour. Participants should follow all safety instructions provided by tour guides.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during tours. We recommend all participants have adequate travel insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
